Deceptive Practices

  • Impersonating individuals or organizations
  • Creating fake reviews or testimonials
  • Spreading misinformation or disinformation
  • Deceptive marketing or advertising
  • Manipulating users without disclosure of AI involvement

Privacy Violations

  • Collecting personal data without consent
  • Processing sensitive data in violation of privacy laws
  • Surveillance without proper authorization
  • Stalking or tracking individuals

Discrimination

  • Making automated decisions that discriminate based on protected characteristics
  • Profiling individuals in ways that violate anti-discrimination laws
  • Creating biased systems that unfairly impact certain groups

Warning: Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

3. Responsible AI Use

Transparency

When using our AI solutions, you should:

  • Disclose to users when they are interacting with AI systems
  • Be transparent about how AI is being used in your business
  • Not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created

Human Oversight

We recommend:

  • Maintaining human oversight for critical decisions
  • Regular review of AI outputs and decisions

  • Not fully automating decisions that significantly impact individuals without review

Data Handling

When using AI solutions that process data:

  • Ensure you have proper consent for data use

4. Industry-Specific Requirements

Certain industries have additional requirements:

  • Comply with financial regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Your Responsibilities

7. Security Requirements

  • Keep access credentials secure and confidential
  • Do not share access with unauthorized parties
  • Report security incidents promptly
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access controls

8. Enforcement

Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor use of our services to ensure compliance with this policy. This monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Violations

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning and request immediate compliance
  • Suspend access to services
  • Terminate our agreement
  • Report violations to appropriate authorities
  • Take legal action if necessary
